For more than 100 years, Convalescent Aid Society has proudly served the greater San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys by providing durable medical equipment free of charge to anyone in need. Your sponsorship will help CAS continue to grow and reach even more members of our community.

There are THREE ways to become a sponsor or underwriter:
- Download the Sponsorship & Underwriting Package, and return it to to Convalescent Aid Society.
- Contact Quinn Bebb at quinn@cas1.org to request an invoice for your desired sponsorship or underwriting level. Please include your contact and company information in your email.
- Complete the form below to sign up online.
The deadline for inclusion on the event signage or in the digital tribute is August 29, 2025. Please submit your high resolution logo file to Quinn Bebb at quinn@cas1.org. If you miss this deadline, we cannot guarantee that your logo will be included on at the event.
Sponsorships and underwriting opportunities are tax deductible. The full $150 value of unused tickets is tax deductible. For redeemed tickets, $75 may be applied towards a tax deduction.
