2024 CAS Garden Party Sponsorship Opportunities
For over 100 years the Convalescent Aid Society (CAS) has served the greater San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys by providing durable medical equipment free of charge to all citizens in the region. Join us as we usher in the next century of service! Your sponsorship supports the continued growth of Convalescent Aid Society.
Financial sponsorship of the Centennial Celebration has several benefits:

- Improve the quality of life for people in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys
There are a variety of opportunities to provide financial sponsorship. We hope you will participate!
There are tHREE ways to submit your Sponsorship:
- Download the Financial Sponsorship Package, complete and mail to Convalescent Aid Society
- Contact Mark Waterson at mark@cas1.org and request an invoice for your desired sponsorship level. Please include your contact and company information in your email.
- Sponsor us online by completing the form below.
The deadline for inclusion on the printed invitation is July 25, 2024. If you miss the deadline for the invitation, you can still be included in all of the other materials. Please submit your high resolution logo file to Mark Waterson at mark@cas1.org.
Sponsorships are tax deductible. The full $150 value of unused tickets is tax deductible. For redeemed tickets, $75 may be applied towards a tax deduction. Convalescent Aid Society is recognized as a non-profit corporation and qualified charity under IRS 501(c)(3). Tax ID #95-1782304
